Organizational set up para sa Martial Law, inilatag na ng gobyerno
Nakabuo na ang pamahalaan ng organizational set up para sa implementasyon ng Martial Law sa Mindanao region.
Ayon kay Armed Forces of the Philippines Spokesman Brigadier General Restituto Padilla, magsisilbing Commander in Chief ang Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte habang magiging administrator naman si Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana kasama ang ilang key advisers sa Eastern Mindanao at Western Mindanao.
Pagkatapos ni Lorenzana ay mayroong Deputy Martial Law Administrator na siya namang mangangasiwa sa operation, administrative, legal, public affairs at logistics side ng Martial Law.
Si AFP Chief of Staff General Eduardo Año ang magsisilbing Chief Implementor ng Martial Law sa Mindanao region.
Sa ilalim ni naman ni Año si Philippine National Police Chief Director General Ronald de la Rosa.
