AWOL na pulis, arestado matapos mahulihan ng iba’t ibang klase ng baril sa Maynila

Arestado ang isang AWOL na pulis matapos mahulihan ng hinihinalang shabu at mga baril sa Parola AWOL PULISCompound, Tondo, Maynila.

Ayon kay Supt. Amante Daro, Station Commander ng Manila Police District Station 11, kinilala ang suspek na si PO1 Cornelio Juanitas Jr., alyas ‘Intoy’ na dating naka-assign sa Regional Personnel and Holding Account Unit ng Philippine National Police.

Isinagawa ang operasyon matapos makatanggap ng ‘tip’ ang pulisya na nag-iingat ng hindi lisensyadong baril ang suspek.

Nakuha sa suspect ang dalawang caliber .45 na baril, isang caliber .38, isang caliber .45 na improvised handgun, isang gun replica, tatlong magazine, 24 na bala, hinihinalang shabu na hindi pa malaman ang dami, at mga drug paraphernalia.

Nahaharap ang suspek sa patung-patong na kaso ng Usurpation of Authority, illegal possesion of firearms, at paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
