Ombudsman hindi payag na maging state witness si Napoles
Gagawin lahat ng Office of the Ombudsman para maharang ang pagiging state witness ni Janet Napoles sa re-investigation ng pork barrel scam.
Ayon kay Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales, nagsalita na ang Sandiganbayan nang iutos nitong ilipat si Napoles sa Camp Bagong Diwa sa Taguig.
Pero hindi nababahala si Morales sa anumang kasunduan sa pagitan nina DOJ Sec. Vitaliano Aguirre II at Napoles na maging state witness ito.
Giit ng Ombudsman, hindi bounded ang ahensya sa findings ng DOJ na posibleng maging state witness ang tinaguriang PDAF scam queen.
Para sa prosekusyon anya ay isa si Napoles sa principal alleged malefactors kaya tiyak na haharangan nila na maging testigo ito ng gobyerno.
