Impeachment complaint laban kay Duterte nasa kalendaryo na ng Kamara
Irerefer na ng Liderato ng Kamara sa House Committee on Justice ngayong hapon ang impeachment complaint ni Magdalo Partylist Rep. Gary Alejano laban kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Ayon kay House Majority leader Rodolfo Fariñas, kasama ito sa order of business ng sesyon mamayang hapon.
Sinabi naman ni Justice Panel Chairman Rey Umali na sa darating na Lunes (May 15) ang pagdinig sa reklamo ni Alejano kontra kay Duterte.
Uunahin aniya ang Duterte impeachment, dahil ang reklamo laban kina Vice President Leni Robredo at Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales ay wala pang endorsement mula sa sinumang mambabatas.
Sa impeachment hearing, hindi lamang ang porma at laban ng impeachment complaint ang dapat tukuyin kundi kung may probable cause para marinig din ang panig ng pinatatalsik na opisyal.
Base sa impeachment complaint ni Alejano laban kay Duterte, ang grounds ay Culpablae Violation of the Constitution, Betrayal of Public Trust, Bribery at other high crimes.
