5 lokal na turista, nailigtas sa tumaob na bangka sa Ilocos Norte

Nailigtas ng mga tauhan ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) ang limang turista na sakay ng tumaob na motorbanca sa bisinidad ng Kadilian Beach Resort, Barangay Torre, Currimao, Ilocos Norte.

Ayon kay PCG spokesperson Cdr. Armand Balilo, hinampas ng malalaking alon ang bangka habang naglalayag sa nasabing lugar, dahilan upang ito ay tumaob.

Nakilala ang mga nailigtas ba sina Rosseler Luad, 26 years old, Roderick Banua, 24-anyos, John Mark Ponce, 17-anyos, Mark Villanueva, 17-anyos at Christopher Villanueva 10-anyos, na pawang mga residente ng Brgy. 171, Bagongbong Dulo, Caloocan City.

Nabatid na nagsasagawa ng island hopping ang mga biktima sa lugar nang maganap ang insidente.

Kaagad naman binigyan ng medical attention ng mga tauhan ng Coast Guard ang mga nailigtas na turista.
