Impeachment case vs. Robredo hindi naihain sa Kamara
Bigo na maihain ngayong araw sa Kamara ang impeachment complaint laban kay Vice President Leni Robredo.
Paliwanag ni Atty. Bruce Rivera, nirerebyu pa kasi ng ilang mambabatas na kanilang nilapitan ang reklamo laban sa bise presidente.
Gayunman, ayaw pa ring pangalanan ni Rivera kung sino ang mga kongresista na target na maging endorser ng impeachment.
Tatlo ang grounds laban kay Robredo, kabilang na ang culpable violation of the Constitution at betrayal of public trust, dahil sa video message nito sa U.N ukol sa palit-ulo sa kasagsagan ng war against drugs ng administrasyon.
Kinumpirma naman ni Rivera na isa sa grounds ang graft and corruption laban kay Robredo dahil sa nasilip nila sa Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth o SALN ni Robredo.
Mayroon aniyang share sa Manila Electric Company o Meralco si Robredo na inilagay sa SALN bilang business share ngunit walang halaga.
Dagdag ni Rivera, nag-sponsor umano si Robredo ng isang national convention on overseas employment gamit ang pondo ng PAG-IBIG.
