Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si dating Armed Forces of the Philippines o AFP Chief Roy Cimatu bilang Special Envoy for OFW Refugees.
Ito ang kinumpirma ni Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella ngayong araw ng Linggo (April 23).
Matatandaan na noong nakaraang taon, itinalaga ni Duterte si Cimatu bilang Special Envoy to the Middle East.
Pero bago ito, si Cimatu ay dati nang nagsilbi bilang Special Envoy sa Middle East noong administrasyon ni dating Pangulong Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
Miyembro ng Philippine Academy Class of 1970, si Cimatu ay naging AFP Chief noong May hanggang September 2002.
