Itinalaga bilang Interim Officer-in-Charge, President at Chief Executive Officer ng Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) si Dr. Celestina Ma. Jude P. Dela Cerna.
Sa ginanap na special meeting sa punong tanggapan ng Philhealth sa Pasig City, naging unanimous ang boto na tinanggap ni Dela Cerna mula sa mga Board of Directors ng ahensiya.
Si Dela Cerna ay kabilang sa mga appointive member ng Philhealth Board na kumakatawan sa mga overseas Filipino migrant workers.
Siya ay nagtapos ng Doctor of Medicine degree sa De la Salle University sa Dasmariñas, Cavite noong 1989.
Bago ang kanyang appointment sa Philhealth ay naglingkod rin siya sa ilang mga ospital sa lalawigan ng Bohol.
Pinalitan ni Dela Cerna si Dr. Hildegardes Dineros na nagbitiw sa kanyang posisyon pero siya ay mananatili namang miyembro ng Philhealth Board na kumakatawan sa Informal Economy Sector.
Sa kanyang mensahe, sinabi ni Health Secretary at Philhealth Chairman Dr. Paulyn Ubial na committed ang Philhealth sa pagtupad ng kanilang tungkulin lalo na sa pagtulong sa mga mahihirap na nangangailangan ng maayos na atensyong medical. / Den
