Contractor at subcontractor na hindi susunod sa bagong departmernt order ng DOLE, ilalantad
Iniutos ni Labor Secretary Silvestre H. Bello III sa lahat ng regional director nito na tukuyin ang mga contractor at subcontractors na hindi makakasunod sa itinatadhana ng Department Order 174.
Nais ni Bello na isapubliko ang kumpletong listahan ng contractors at subcontractors na magpapaso na ang certificate of registration.
Lahat ng mapapaso na ay kinakailangang himinto muna sa kanilang operasyon habang nag-hihintay ng renewal.
Sa ilalim ng DO 174, hinigpitan na ang mga requirement sa pagkuha ng certificate of registration sa layuning mabura ang sistemang labor-only contracting at iba pang porma ng contractual arrangements.
Pinamamadali rin ni Bello ang pagresolba sa mga pending labor standard cases bago sila maisama ss Registry of Legitimate Contractors, Subcontractors and Service Providers.
