Botohan sa Torre de Manila, ipinagpaliban ng Supreme Court
Bigong mapagbotohan sa deliberasyon ng Supreme Court En Banc sa Lungsod ng Baguio ang kaso ng kontrobersyal na Torre De Manila.
Ang kaso ay inihain ng Knights of Rizal nuong 2014 sa hangad na mapagiba ang proyekto na tinawag nilang photobomber dahil sinisira umano nito ang sightline ng Rizal Monument sa Luneta Park na itinuturing na mahalagang landmark o istruktura sa bansa.
Matatandaan na natigil ang pagtatapos ng konstruksyon ng Torre De Manila matapos magpalabas ang Korte Suprema ng temporary restraining order o TRO nuong 2015.
Dahil hindi natuloy ang botohan sa kaso, muli itong isasalang sa deliberasyon ng Supreme Court En Banc sa April 25.
Respondent sa kaso ang DMCI Homes na developer ng Torre De Manila, Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Maynila, National Commission for Culture and the Arts, National Museum at National Historical Commission of the Philippines.
