HDO, inilabas laban kay ex-Ilocos Sur Rep. Baterina sa kasong graft
Naglabas ang Sandiganbayan 2nd division ng Hold Departure Order o HDO laban kay dating Ilocos Sur Rep Salacnib Baterina kaugnay ng kasong graft.
Nag-ugat ito sa sinasabing maanomalyang paggamit ng kanyang Priority Development Assistance Fund o P-DAF noong 2007.
Inaatasan ni 2nd division Presiding Justice Oscar Herera ang Bureau Of Immigration na ilagay sa HDO list si Baterina at labing anim na kapwa akusado sa kaso.
Nahaharap si Baterina sa 3-counts ng paglabag sa Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, 3-counts ng malversation at 1-count ng direct bribery.
Maliban kay Baterina, ipinalalagay din sa HDO list sina Janet Lim-Napoles, Zenaida Ducut, Dennis Cunanan, Mario Relampagos at 12-iba pa.
Batay sa imbestigasyon ng Office of the Ombudsman, hindi napakinabangan ang inilagak na 35 million pesos na Pork Barrel ni Baterina sa mga pekeng NGOs ni Napoles para sa mga livelihood at farm project.
