Ito ay dahil sa sama ng panahon sa lalawigan ng Batanes.
Ayon sa Manila Internatial Airport Authority, kanselado ang flight 2P 2084 ng PAL Express.
Kanselado rin ang flight na 2P 2085 na mula sa Basco pabalik ng Manila.
Pinapayuhan ng Philippines Airlines ang mga apektadong pasahero na makipag-ugnayan na lamang sa kanilang tanggapan para ma-reschedule ang kani-kanilang mga flights.
