Anti-Duterte article sa New York Times bahagi ng destab ayon sa Malacañang

Patuloy na lumalakas ang demolition job laban kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Pahayag ito ng palasyo matapos ilabas ng New York Times sa loob lamang ng isang linggo ang panibagong video at artikulo na umangat sa kapangyarihan ang pangulo batay sa karahasan.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Ernesto Abella, may mga indibidwal at pulitiko ang nagpopondo sa artikulo at nais pabagsakin ang mataas na approval ratings ng pangulo.

Gayunman, tiniyak ni Abella na hindi magpapadala ang Palasyo sa mga batikos sa halip lalo pa aniyang tututok ang pamahalaan para matupad ang mga pangako ni Duterte na pagbabago sa lipunan.

“The newspaper tries to stir global outrage in a nation that welcomes its newfound peace and order. One can only conclude that certain personalities and politicians have mounted a well funded campaign utilizing hack writers and their ilk in their bid to oust Duterte”, dagdag pa ng kalihim.
