Dry-run ng light truck ban, isinagawa sa Edsa

Nagsagawa ng dry-run ng light truck ban sa Edsa ang Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

Sa abiso ng MMDA, pinagbawalan dumaan ang light trucks sa kahabaan ng Edsa Southbound mula North Avenue hanggang Magallanes kaninang alas sais hanggang alas dyes Miyerkules, March 15 ng umaga.

Magpapatupad muli ng dry run ng light truck ban ang MMDA mamayang alas singko ng hapon hanggang alas dyes ng gabi sa Northbound naman ng Edsa mula Magallanes hanggang North Avenue.

Magsasagawa rin ng dry run ng light truck ban sa kahabaan ng Shaw Boulevard sa mga lungsod ng Mandaluyong at Pasig mamayang alas singko ng hapon hanggang alas dyes ng gabi.

Hindi naman kasama sa light truck ban ang mga trak na may perishable at agricultural products at maaari naman silang dumaan sa C5 o sa Mabuhay Lanes.

Magtatagal ang naturang dry run hanggang sa Sabado March 18.

Inaasahan namang tuluyan nang pagbabawalan ang mga trak na may kapasidad na 4,500 kilograms pababa sa mga naturang lugar sa March 20.
