Usec. Enrique Manalo, itinalagang acting DFA Secretary kapalit ni Yasay
Matapos ibasura ng Commission on Appointments (CA) ang kumpirmasyon ni Sec. Perfecto Yasay, nagtalaga na ang Malakanyang ng pansamantalang papalit sa kaniya bilang kalihim ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Enrique Manalo bilang acting DFA secretary.
Si Presidential spokesperson Ernesto Abella ang nag-anunsyo ng appointment ni Manalo.
“Usec. Manalo is an excellent transition man, and has been on top of many crucial issues together with Atty. Perfecto Yasay,” ayon kay Abella.
Ayon kay Abella, mananatili bilang acting secretary si Manalo hangga’t walang itinatalaga si Duterte na kapalit ni Yasay.
