Comelec, may special satellite registration sa buong bansa para sa mga babae
Prayoridad sa registration ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) ngayong araw ang mga babae.
Ito ay bahagi ng pakikiisa ng Comelec sa International Women’s Day.
Mula alas 8:30 ng umaga hanggang alas 5:00 ng hapon, mayroong special satellite registration team na aasiste sa mga magpaparehistrong babae sa buong bansa.
Kabilang dito ang 16 na lungsod at 1 minisipalidad sa Metro Manila at ang lahat ng rehiyon sa bansa.
Kwalipikadong magparehistro ang mga edad 15 hanggang 17 anyos bilang botante para sa SK elections at 18 anyos paraas para sa regular elections.
Ayon sa Comelec, pwede pa rin namang magparehistro ang mga lalaki ngayong araw, pero inatasan nila ang election officers na magtalaga ng hiwalay na team na tututok sa mga babaeng nagpaparehistro.
Maliban sa pagpaparehistro, pwede ring mag-apply ng transfer at reactivation, correction of entries at iba pa.
