Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si Rodolfo Garcia bilang bagong general manager ng Metro Rail Transit (MRT) line 3.
Papalitan ni Garcia si Roman Buenafe na sinampahan ng kasong graft ng Pffice of the Omnudsman noong December 2016.
Nabatid na noon pang February 24 pinirmahan ni Pangulong duterte ang appointment paper ni Garcia.
Samantala, itinalaga rin ni Pangulong Duterte si Cesar Chavez bilang 
undersecretary ng Department of Transportation.
Papalitan naman ni Chavez si Usec. Noel Eli Kintanar.
Pinirmahan ni Pangulong Duterte ang appointment ni Chavez noong Feb. 28.
