Ilan pang mga sangkot sa pork barrel scam sinibak ng Ombudsman
Sinibak ng Office of the Ombudsman sa serbisyo sa gobyerno ang labingapat pang akusado sa mga kasong may kaugnayan sa pork barrel scam.
Ito ay matapos silang mapatunayang guilty sa kasong administratibo na grave misconduct, conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service at sishonesty.
Kabilang dito ang Deputy Chief of Staff ni dating Senador Jinggoy Estrada na si Pauline Therese Mary Labayen, Director General ng Technology Resource Center Antonio Ortiz, National Livelihood Development Corporation President Gondelina Amata at National Agribusiness Paralegal Victor Roman Cacal at ang sampung iba pang opisyal at kawani ng NABCOR, NLDC at TRC.
Maliban sa dismissal order, iniutos din ng Ombudsman ang habang buhay na diskwalipikasyon sa kanila sa serbisyo sa pamahalaan.
Sinuman sa kanila na wala na ngayon sa serbisyo o sa gobyerno ay pinagbabayad ng multa na katumbas ng isang taon nilang sahod noon.
Sina Labayen ay nililitis sa kaso kasama ni Estrada dahil sa anomaliya sa pork barrel o PDAF ng dating senador noong 2007 hanggang 2009.
