Naghain na rin ng reklamo sa Commission On Appointment si ACTS OFW Partylist Rep. Aniceto John Bertiz.
Ayon sa mambabatas, bigo kasi si Ubial na solusyunan ang kanilang reklamo sa kumpanyang Winston Q8.
Sa walong accredited clinic ng Winston Q8, nirerequire na magpa-medical test ang lahat ng OFW na patungo sa Kuwait.
Ang problema, naniningil umano ng mas mataas na presyo at kumikita ng anim na milyong piso kada araw.
Paalala naman ni Kabayan Partlist Rep. Harry Roque na isa rin sa humaharang sa kumpirmasyon ni Ubial na idineklarang ilegal ng Korte Suprema ang monopolya sa health services.
Itinigil ito sa panahon ni dating Health Secretary Janette Garin pero ibinalik sa administrasyon ni Ubial sa DOH.
Isinumite na ni Bertiz ang kanyang reklamo laban kay Ubial kay Senate President Koko Pimentel, na siyang pinuno ng C.A.
