Ayon sa pangulo, ito ang dahilan kung kaya hindi dapat na maabswelto si Napoles sa naturang kaso.
Una rito, sinabi ng pangulo na tama ang ginawa ni Solicitor General Jose Calida na ipawalang sala si Napoles sa kasong illegal detention na isinampa ng kanyang pamangkiun na si Benhur Luy.
Sa ngayon ayon sa pangulo, hindi niya batid kung nararapat na gawing state witness si Napoles sa pork barrel scam.
