Ex-NBI Deputy Dir. Rafael Ragos, susuko na – DOJ

ragosInaantabayan na ang pagsuko ni dating National Bureau of Investigation o NBI Deputy Director at Bureau of Corrections o BuCor OIC Rafael Ragos.

Batay sa impormasyon mula kay Department of Justice o DOJ Undersecretary Erickson Balmes, posibleng magpakita si Ragos sa NBI ngayong araw para sumuko.

Si Ragos ay isa sa mga kapwa akusado ni Senadora Leila de Lima kaugnay sa Bilibid drug trade.

Nauna nang naaresto ng mga otoridad si de Lima, na ikinulong sa Philippine National Police o PNP Custodial Center; at dating driver/lover nito na si Ronnie Dayan na nakabilanggo naman sa Muntinlupa Police Detention.

Ang warrant of arrest laban kina de Lima, Ragos at Dayan ay inilabas ng Muntinlupa City Regional Trial Court.

Matatandaan na tumestigo pa si Ragos laban kay de Lima sa congressional inquiry ng Kamara ukol sa operasyon ng ilegal na droga sa New Bilibid Prison o NBP.

Kinumpirma ni Ragos na nag-deliver siya ng P5 milyon kay De Lima, na noon ay kalihim pa ng DOJ.

Bago naging NBI Deputy Director, nagsilbi si Ragos bilang direktor ng BuCor mula 2012 hanggang 2013, kaya naging malapit sila ni de Lima.
