NBI officials na isinasangkot sa Jee Ick Joo kidnap-slay case, sinampahan na ng kaso ng PNP-AKG
Tuluyan nang sinampahan ng kaso ng PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group ang tatlong matataas na opisyal ng National Bureau of Investigation.
Sa labing isang pahinang complaint, kabilang sina dating NBI Deputy Dir. Jose Yap, NBI-NCR Dir. Ricardo Diaz, at hepe ng NBI Task Force against illegal drugs Roel Bolivar sa mga sinampahan ng kaso kaugnay sa pagdukot at pagpatay kay Jee Ick Joo.
Sa salaysay sa affidavit ni Supt. Rafael Dumlao, sinabi nito na may direktang partisipasyon ang mga nabanggit na NBI officials sa krimen.
Nauna nang kinasuhan ng PNP-AKG sa Jee Ick Joo case sina SPO3 Ricky Sta Isabel, SP04 Roy Villegas, Supt. Rafael Dumlao III, Ramon Yalung, Jerry Omlang at Gerardo Santiago.
Kabilang din sina Epephany Gotera, Teodolito Macato, Kevin Enriquez, Robert John Tobias, Bernardo Maraya Jr., at limang empleyado nito, isang alias Pulis at iba pang John Does.
Maliban sa mga kasong kidnapping for ransom at serious illegal detention with homicide kay Jee, kinasuhan din ng kidnapping and serious illegal detention para sa kasambahay ng Koreano na si Marisa Dawis
Dinagdagan pa ito ng kasong robbery, carnapping, at falsification of public document dahil sa pagpeke sa death certificates ni Jee at obstruction of justice.
