Mahigit sa 400 flights sa US East Coast, na-delay dahil sa ‘Computer Glitch’
Unti-unti nang nagbabalik sa normal ang serbisyo ng mga paliparan sa East Coast na bahagi ng Estados Unidos, makaraang magkaaberya sa computer ang regional air traffic control center.
Ilang oras ding na-delay ang daan-daang mga eroplanong parating at palabas mula sa Dulles International Airport sa Washington DC, Reagan International Airpoert at Baltimore-Washington International Airport dahil sa computer glitch.
Maging ang John F. Kennedy International Airport sa New York at Laguardia Airport ay naapektuhan din.
Ayon sa Flight Aware tracking service, dahil sa problema umabot sa punto na nakansela o ‘di kaya ay nadelay ang mahigit sa 400 mga eroplano.
Batay naman sa inisyal na ulat mula sa Federal Aviation Administration o FAA, natukoy ang problema sa computer glitch sa air traffic control center sa Leesburg Virginia na nasa timog na bahagi US capital.
