Kumpirmasyon kay Justice Sec. Aguirre, inindorso na ng Commission on Appointments
Sa kabilang ng pagtutol ni Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, inindorso na ng Commission on Appointments (CA) ang confirmation kay Department of Justice (DOJ) Sec. Vitaliano Aguirre II.
Nagsagawa pa ng executive session ang committee on justice at judicial bar and council ng CA para talakayin ang kahilingan ni Trillanes na suspendihin ang confirmation kay Aguirre.
Nang bumalik sa public hearing, nagbotohan na ang mga miyembro ng CA para sa appointment ni Aguirre.
Isusumite na ng CA panel sa plenaryo ang rekomendasyon para sa kumpirmasyon kay Aguirre para sa rejection o adoption.
Matapos ang pag-apruba ng plenaryo, sinabi ni Aguirre na makatutulog na siya ngayon ng mahimbing.
Dismayado naman si Trilllanes sa pasya ng CA plenary.
