Pumanaw na ang actor-director na dati ring konsehal ng Quezon City na si Herminio “Butch” Bautista sa edad na 82.
Si Butch Bautista ay ama ni Quezon City Mayor Herber Bautista.
Ayon kay Quezon City Public Affairs Information and Services Office (PAISO) chief Ares Gutierrez pumanaw si Butch Bautista alas 7:55 kagabi sa Philippine Heart Center.
Bago nahalal bilang konsehal ng QC noong 1988, si Butch Bautista ay naging kapitan muna sa sa Barangay Immaculate Conception.
Sa Loyola Memorial Chapels sa Commonwealth Avenue ilalagak ang mga labi ni Butch Bautista.
Kaugnay nito ay inilagay na sa half-mast ang mga watawat ng Pilipinas Quezon City Hall bilang pakikiramay sa pamilya Bautista.
