No.4 most wanted drug personality sa Western Visayas, arestado ng PDEA
Nasakote na ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency ang number 4 most wanted drug personality sa Western Visayas.
Ayon kay PDEA Director General Isidro S. Lapeña naaresto ang suspek na si Johann Mino y Mitchelina, (44), residente ng Barangay Boulevard, Molo, Iloilo City, Iloilo sa isang buy bust operation noong February 3.
Si Mino na hininalang miyembro ng Odicta drug group ng Western Visayas ay pang number 4 sa listahan ng mga drug personalities ng PDEA Regional Office 6 (PDEA RO6).
Huli sa akto si Mino sa pagbebenta ng isang plastic sachet ng shabu sa isang poseur-buyer sa Barangay Boulevard, Molo, Iloilo City.
Nakumpiska mula sa suspek ay 15 gramo ng shabu na may street value na 135 libong piso.
Si Mino ay sasampahan ng kasong paglabag sa Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) at Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs), sa ilalim ng Article II ng Republic Act 9165, o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Noong nakaraang linggo naaresto naman ng PDEA ang no. 2 most wanted na drug personality sa Western Visayas na si Ednie Jimena y Prevendido, alias Eping sa isang operasyon sa Parañaque City.
