Papunta umano si Arbitratio sa Davao Del Sur nang maharang sa checkpoint sa Davao City.
Umaasa si Zarate na agad mareresolba ito para hindi na sumama pa ang sitwasyon sa pagitan ng dalawang panig.
Giit ng kongresista, hindi maaaring mang-aresto ang mga otoridad ng consultant ng CPP-NPA-NDF dahil mayroong protocol na sinusunod para sa re-arrest ng mga ito lalo pa at protektado sila ng joint agreement on security and immunity guarantee o JASIG.
Samantala,sa hiwalay na ulat, kinumpirma ng Philippine Army na kasama ni Arbitrario na naaresto si Roderick Mamuyac, alyas Caloy na regional liaison officer naman ng Southern Mindanao Regional Committee ng NPA.
