Grupo ng mga dayuhang negosyante inihayag ang pagkabahala sa kaso ng pagpatay kay Jee Ick Joo

Nagpahayag na ng kanilang pagkabahala ang grupo ng mga negosyanteng dayuhan sa bansa kaugnay sa naganap na pagdukot at pagpatay sa Korean businessman na si Jee Ick Joo.

Ayon sa Joint Foreign Chambers, nakababahala ang tila kawalan ng sapat na kakayahan ng pamahalaan na panatilihin ang peace and order sa bansa.

Kasapi ng nasabing grupo ang mga negosyante mula sa US, Australia, New Zealand, Europe at Japan.

Sa pahayag ng grupo, sinabi nilang nakikiisa sila at suportado nila ang pangamba na inilahad ng Korean chamber sa Pilipinas.

“We promote trade and investment between their respective countries and regions in both direction, but can only succeed in their mission if peace and order and safety can be guaranteed by the authorities,” ayon sa pahayag na inilabas ng joint chambers.

Ayon sa grupo, dahil sa brutal na pagpatay kay Jee Ick Joo, malinaw na nalagay sa alanganin ang garantiya na kaya ng law enforcers sa ng Pilipinas na panatilihin ang kaligtasan ng mga dayuhan.
