Sandiganbayan, nagpalabas ng HDO laban kina Purisima at Napeñas
Nagpalabas ng hold departure order (HDO) ang Sandiganbayan 4th division laban kina dating Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Alan Purisima at dating PNP-Special Action Force (SAF) Director Getulio Napeñas.
Pirmado nina Associate Justices Alex Quiroz, Reynaldo Cruz at Zaldy Trespeses ang HDO laban sa dalawang dating PNP officials.
Inatasan ng anti-graft court ang Bureau of Immigration na huwag payagang makalabas ng Pilipinas sa pamamagitan ng air o sea travel sina Purisima at Napeñas.
Ito ay maliban na lamang kung sila ay hihingi ng pahintulot na aaprubahan naman ng korte.
Sina Purisima at Napeñas ay sinampahan ng kaso ng Office of the Ombudsman sa Sandiganbayan para sa mga kasong usurpation of official functions sa ilalim ng Revised Penal Code at paglabag sa Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.
May kaugnayan ang kaso sa madugong Mamasapano encounter sa Maguindanao na ikinasawi ng ng 44 na SAF troopers noong Enero 2015.
