Hepe ng PNP-AIDG itinurong utak ng pagdukot at pagpatay sa Korean national

Idiniin ni SPO3 Ricky Sta. Isabel ang kanyang hepe sa PNP Anti-Illegal drugs Group (AIDG) na si Supt. Rafael Dumalo bilang utak sa pagdukot sa dating Hanjin Executive na si Jee Ick Joo.

Sinabi ni Sta. Isabel na meron siyang phone recordings ang pag-uusap nila ni Dumlao kaugnay sa pagpa-plano at pati na sa ginawang pagkuha ng kanyang mga tauhan sa AIDG kay Jee sa bahay nito sa Angeles City sa Pampanga noong nakalipas na Oktubre 18.

Gayunman ay hindi pinayagan ni Sen. Ping Lacson, Chairman ng Senate Committee on Public Order and Illegal Drugs na isalang sa pagdinig ang nasabing recordings dahil sa posibleng paglabag sa anti-wiretapping law.

Ikinatwiran pa ni Sta. Isabel nay un na lang ang kanyang natitirang baraha para patunayan na inosente siya sa pagdukot at pagpatay kay Jee.

Samantala, sinabi naman ni Dumlao na nakahanda siyang sumalang sa anumang uri ng imbestigasyon kasabay ang pagsasabing nagsisinungaling ang  kanyang tauhan.
