Mga dating opisyal ng PNP kinasuhan kaugnay sa Mamasapano massacre
Nagsampa na ang Ombudsman sa Sandiganbayan ng kaso laban kina dating Philippine National Police Director General Alan Purisima at dating Special Action Force o SAF Chief Getulio Napeñas kaugnay ng Mamasapano massacre noong 2015.
Kasong graft at usurpation of official action laban sa dalawang dating opisyal ang isinampa ng anti-graft body.
Ang kaso ay may kaugnayan sa di umanoy pangunguna ni Purisima sa Oplan Exodus sa Mamasapano, Maguindanao kung saan 44 na miyembro ng SAF ang namatay kahit na suspendido ito sa serbisyo.
Kinasuhan naman si Napeñas dahil sa pagsunod nito sa mga kautusan ni Purisima at pagbibigay dito ng operational updates kahit na alam nito na suspendido ito sa PNP.
