Common station ng MRT at LRT, target matapos sa 2019
Matapos maantala nang walong taon, sisimulan na sa disyembre ang konstruksyon ng common station ng Metro Rail Transit (MRT) at Light Rail Transit (LRT).
Ito ay matapos malagdaan ang Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) sa pagtatayo nito na nagkakahalagang P2.8 bilyon.
Pinangunahan ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) ang paglalagda sa naturang kasundaan sa pagitan ng Department of Public Works and Highways, SM Prime Holdings Inc., Universal LRT Corp. Ltd. ng San Miguel Corp., Light Rail Manila Corp., North Triangle Depot Commercial Corp., at Light Rail Transit Authority.
Gagawin ang common station sa pagitan ng SM North EDSA at Trinoma sa Quezon City para pagdugtungin ang MRT-3, LRT-1 at itinatayong MRT-7.
Sa Disyembre ng taong ito target masimula ang proyekto at sa April 2019 ito matatapos.
Magugunitang noong 2009 unang itinakda ang konstruksyon ng common station pero hindi nagkasundo sa inisyal na lokasyon nito.
