Dalawang opisyal BJMP, sinibak dahil sa jail break sa North Cotabato District Jail

Sinibak na ang dalawang jail officials matapos ang naganap na jail raid na nagresulta sa pagkakatakas ng 158 na mga preso sa North Cotabato District Jail (NCDJ) sa Kidapawan City.

Ayon kay Cotabato acting Gov. Shirlyn Macasarte-Villanueva, sinibak sa pwesto si Senior Superintendent Alberto Balauag, regional director ng Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) sa Central Mindanao gayundin si NCDJ warden Superintendent Peter Bongngat.

Inalis muna sa pwesto ang dalawang opisyal habang nakabinbin ang imbestigasyon sa pagkakatakas ng 158 na preso noong January 3.

Epektibo ang pagsibak sa dalawa noong Linggo.

Pansamantala, si Balauag ay pinalitan ni Senior Superintendent Joel Superficial habang si Bongngat ay pinalitan ni Chief Inspector Jesus Singson.

Sa latest na datos ng BJMP, 49 sa mga nakatakas na preso ang naaresto na at sampu ang nasawi sa kasagsagan ng follow-up operations.
