Kinansela na ng Cebu Pacific ang dalawa nitong domestic flight dahil sa sama ng panahon.

Sa abiso ng Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), kanselado na ang flights 5J 321 at 322 Manila – Legazpi – Manila.

Ito ay dahil sa hindi magandang panahon sa Legazpi City.

Sa pinakahuling abiso ng PAGASA, nakararanas ang lalawigan ng Albay ng malakas na buhos ng ulan.
