Napanatili ng bagyong “Auring” ang tinatahak nitong direksyon habang papalapit ito nang papalapit sa Bohol.
Base sa pinakahuling severe weather bulletin ng PAGASA kaninang alas-2:00 ng madaling araw, huling namataan ang bagyo sa 30 kilometers South Southeast ng Maasin City, Southern Leyte.
Taglay pa rin nito ang lakas ng hangin na aabot sa 45 kilometers per hour, at pagbugso na 75 kilometers per hour.
Tinatayang patuloy naman ang pagkilos nito patungo sa direksyong West Northwest sa bilis na 7 kilometers per hour.
Nakataas pa rin ang Signal No. 1 sa Cuyo Island, Bohol, Siquijor, Negros Provinces, Southern Leyte, Cebu including Camotes Island, Guimaras, Capiz, Iloilo, Southern part of Antique, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Norte including Siargao Island, Dinagat Province, Misamis Oriental, at Camiguin.
Makakaranas ng moderate to heavy na pag-ulan ang mga lugar na sakop ng 300 kilometers diameter ng nasabing bagyo.
