Humihirit ang Moro Islamic Liberation Front o MILF sa liderato ng Mababang Kapulungan na ibalik ang lahat ng mga probisyon na inalis ng House Ad Hoc Committee on the Bangsamoro sa panukalang Bangsamoro Basic Law o BBL.
Kinumpirma ni House Majority Leader Neptali Gonzales II na sumulat si MILF Chief Negotiator Mohagher Iqbal kina House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. at Ad Hoc Panel Chairman Rufus Rodriguez tungkol dito.
Sinabi ni Gonzales na nakatakdang magpulong ang liderato ng kamara at si Iqbal kasama sina Peace Adviser Teresita Deles at Government Chief Negotiator Miriam Coronel Ferrer.
Pero sinabi ni Gonzales na batay sa naunang pulong nina Rodriguez at vice chairmen ng Ad Hoc Panel, hindi na maaaring pagbigyan ang gusto ng MILF.
Giit ni Gonzales, hindi sila puwedeng diktahan ng MILF at lalong hindi sila maaaring bantaan ng grupo na aatras sa kasunduan sa gobyerno kung hindi pagbibigyan ang hirit nilang bersyon ng BBL.
Sa ngayon, sinabi ni Gonzales na prayoridad ng Kamara ang pagpapatibay ng BBL, na ang mga probisyon ay alinsunod sa Konstitusyon./ Isa Avendaño-Umali
