Hawak na ng National Bureau of Investigation ang Chinese national na co-accused ni Marine Lt. Col. Ferdinand Marcelino sa kasong may kaugnayan sa droga.
Ayon kay Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II, sumuko sa NBI Special Task Force si Yan Yi Shou, alyas Randy.
Kahapon, sumuko din sa Armed Forces of The Philippines si Marcelino.
Sa ngayon, nakabinbin ang mosyon ng DOJ sa Manila Regional Trial Court para hilingin ang paglalabas ng hold departure order laban kina Marcelino at sa nasabing dayuhan upang hindi sila makalabas ng bansa.
Sina Marcelino at Yan ay kapwa nahaharap sa kasong illegal possession of dangerous drugs sa Manila RTC Branch 49, na nagpalabas ng arrest warrant laban sa kanila.
