Tauhan ng Philippine Coast Guard, arestado sa indiscriminate firing

philippine coast guardArestado ang isang opisyal ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) dahil sa pagpapaputok ng baril sa Pasacao, Camarines Sur sa unang araw ng Bagong Taon.

Kinalala ito bilang si Petty Officer 3rd Class Ryan Betito Lumbre, commander ng detachment ng PCG sa Taguig City.

Gamit nito ang 9mm pistol nang siya ay magpaputok alas-5:00 ng hapon ng Linggo.

Hindi pa naman malinaw kung service firearm baa ng ginamit ng suspek.

Inihahanda naman ng mga otoridad ang kasong isasampa laban kay Lumbre.
