Ronnie Dayan, sinampahan ng kaso sa DOJ ng mga mambabatas
Kinasuhan ng mga mambabatas si Ronie Dayan sa Department of Justice (DOJ) dahil sap ag-isnab nito noon sa summon ng kamara para sa imbestigasyon sa drug trade sa Bilibid.
Ang reklamo ay inihain nina House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez together at House Majority Leader Rodolfo Fariñas kasama sina House Committee on Justice chair at Oriental Mindoro Rep. Reynaldo Umali.
Ayon sa reklamo, ipinadala nila ang summon kay Dayan para magbigay ito ng linaw sa kalakaran ng illegal drugs sa loob ng NBP.
Ito ay matapos mabanggit si Dayan ng mga high-profile inmate na tumestigo sa imbestigasyon ng kamara.
Reklamong disobedience to summons ang isinampa laban kay Dayan dahil sa pag-isnab niya sa imbitasyon ng kamara para siya ay dumalo noong September 28 at October 6 hearings.
Buwan ng Nobyembre nang madakip si Dayan at saka lamang ito humarap sa house investigation.
