Dating Cong. Mitra inabswelto sa fertilizer fund scam
Ibinasura ng Sandiganbayan 1st Division ang mga kasong graft at malversation laban kay dating Palawan Rep. Abraham Mitra at mga kapwa akusado nito, kaugnay sa fertilizer fund scam.
Bukod dito, lifted na rin ang hold departure order laban kay Mitra at iba pang akusado at iniutos ng korte ang release ng mga inilagak na piyansa.
Sa desisyon ng anti-graft court, pinagbigyan ng motion to quash information ng mga respondent.
Nalabag din umano ang karapatan ni Mitra para sa ‘speedy disposition’ dahil inabot ng limang taon ang preliminary investigation.
Matatandaang batay sa imbestigasyon ng Office of the Ombudsman, nakipagsabwatan umano si Mitra sa Palawan regional officers at non-government organizaton o NGO na Gabay Masa Development Foundation Inc. Sa maanomalyang paglalabas ng pondo.

Naihain ang reklamo taong 2011, pero 2016 lamang naihain ang information ng kaso.
Si Mitra ay kasalukuyng Chairman ng Games and Amusements Board (GAB) na nasa ilalim ng Office of the President.
