Jaybee Sebastian, may banta sa buhay kaya inilipat sa NBI
May natatanggap umanong pagbabanta sa kaniyang buhay ang high-profile inmate na si Jaybee Sebastian kaya ito inilipat sa kostodiya ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
Ayon kay Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II, ang misis ni Sebastian ang humiling na mailipat ito sa NBI.
Tumanggi naman na si Aguirre na magbigay impormasyon hinggil sa tinatanggap na death threat ni Sebastian.
Gayunman, ipinag-utos na ng kalihim ang pagsasagawa ng imbestigasyon hinggil dito.
“It was upon the request of his counsel and his wife. I also ordered an investigation to identify those behind the threat to his life,” ani Aguirre.
Dagdag pa ni Aguirre, pansamantala lamang ang pananatili ni Sebastian sa NBI custody.
Sa ngayon sinabi ni Aguirre, na hindi pa rin natatanggap si Sebastian para maipasailalim sa Witness
Protection Program (WPP).
