Brgy. Chairman sa Bulacan huli sa buy bust operation ng PDEA
Isang Barangay Chairman ang arestado ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) sa isang buy bust operation sa lalawigan ng Bulacan noong nakaraang Disyembre 15.
Kinilala ni PDEA Director General Isidro S. Lapeña ang suspek na si Henry D. San Miguel, 45-anyos, Barangay Chairman sa Barangay Mag-asawang Sapa, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
Si San Miguel ay kasama sa listahan ng mga target drug personalities ng PDEA Regional Office 3 (PDEA RO3).
Nakumpiska mula kay San Miguel ay isang plastic sachet ng shabu na may bigat na limang gramo at estimated street value na P23,000.
Si San Miguel ay sasampahan ng kaso ng paglabag sa Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Article II ng Republic Act 9165 o ng Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Ang suspek ay kasalukuyang nakadetine sa PDEA RO 3 jail facility sa Camp Olivas, City sa San Fernando, Pampanga.
