Putin, personal umanong sangkot sa US election hacking ayon sa ilang intelligence officials

Malaki ang paniniwala ng mga senior US intelligence officials, with “high level of confidence” pa, na personal na may kinalaman si Russian president Vladimir Putin sa nangyaring hacking noong US presidential election.

Ayon sa assessment ng intelligence community ng Amerika, personal na iniutos ni Putin na i-hack at ikalat sa publiko ang mga impormasyon at emails ni democratic standard bearer Hillary Clinton.

Ito ay bahagi umano ng pag-ganti ni Putin sa dating Secretary of State matapos nitong kwestiyunin sa integridad ang 2011 parliamentary election sa Russia.

Ani pa ni Putin, si Clinton din ang naghikayat ng malawakang kilos protesta sa Russia pagkatapos ng halalan.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagsabotahe ng halalan, palalabasin rin umano ni Putin na walang kakayahan ang Amerika upang maging global leader.

At para naman sa posibleng ganti ng mga intelligence officials, paiigtingin nito ang pag-iimbestiga sa personal na yaman ni Vladimir Putin.
