San Policarpio, Eastern Samar, niyanig ng magnitude 4.5 na lindol

Niyanig ng magnitude 4.5 na lindol ang bayan ng San Policarpio sa Eastern Samar.

Naitala ang pagyanig sa 19 kilometers North ng San Policarpio alas 5:39 ng umaga ng Miyerkules (December 14).

Ayon sa Phivolcs, tectonic ang origin ng lindol at 4 kilometers lang ang lalim.

Dahil may kababawan, naitala ng Phivolcs ang sumusunod na intensities bunsod ng nasabing pagyanig:

Intensity 4 sa San Policarpio, Eastern Samar
Intensity 3 sa Oras, Eastern Samar
Intensity 2 sa Borongan, Eastern Samar at Catbalogan Samar
at Intensity 1 sa Palo, Leyte

Hindi naman inaasahan ng Phivolcs na magdudulot ng aftershocks ang nasabing lindol.

Hindi rin inaasahan na nakapagdulot ito ng pinsala.
