Kaugnay nito ipinag-utos na rin sa kanya ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na hulihin at hanapin si Lam.
Si Lam ang nagpapatakbo ng casino sa loob ng Fontana Leisure Park sa Pampanga.
