Inanunsyo ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) ang pangagailangan ng mga bagong agents para sa pagpapalas ng work force nito kaugnay ng patuloy na pagbibigay ng trabaho sa mga gustong maging bahagi ng pangunahing anti-illegal drug organization ng bansa.
Kasalukuyang naghahanap ang PDEA ng Drug Enforcement Officers (DEOs), ang entry level position na Intelligence Officer 1 (IO1), na may permanent item na Salary Grade 11.
Ayon kay PDEA Director General Isidro S. Lapeña, oras na ma-recruit ay sasailalim sa anim na buwan na comprehensive at regimented training program sa PDEA Academy sa Silang, Cavite.
Ang mga aplikante ay dapat may edad na 21-35 years old, hindi baba sa 5’2” na height sa mga lalaki at 5’ naman sa mga babae, merong baccalaureate degree, dapat ding career service professional eligible at nakapasa sa board examinations o qualified sa Civil Service Commission sa ilalim ng Special Laws.
Ang mga interesadong mga aplikante ay maaring magpadala ng letter of application na naka-address kay Lapeña.
