Kahit umiiral ang “highest security alert” sa bansa, PNP pinayuhan ang publiko na i-enjoy ang Pasko
Hindi lang sa Metro Manila kundi sa buong Pilipinas umiiral ang Terror Alert Level 3,
Ito ang pinakamataas na “security alert” ng Philippine National Police (PNP).
Ayon kay PNP Chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa, dahil sa mataas na alert level para sa seguridad, asahan ng publiko ang maraming checkpoints at mas madaming Oplan Sita.
Pinayuhan din ng PNP ang publiko na maging mapagmatyag, maingat at alerto.
Sa kabila nito, sinabi ni Dela Rosa na hindi dapat mag-panic ang mga tao at sa halip ay i-enjoy pa rin ang pasko.
“I’m urging the public to be vigilant, alert, cautious, but don’t panic. Enjoy Christmas,” ani Dela Rosa.
