Gov. Kho ng Masbate, kinasuhan dahil sa 2004 fertilizer scam
Sinampahan ng Ombudsman ng dalawang kaso ng graft si Masbate Gov. Antonio Kho at tatlong iba pa dahil sa fertilizer fund scam.
Mag kaugnayan ang reklamo sa pag-apruba ni Gov. Kho sa pagbili ng 4.9 milyong bote ng liquid fertilizer noong 2004 nang hindi dumadaan sa public bidding at sa kabila ng mga kahina-hinalang eligibility requirements ng supplier na Hexaphil.
Dahil dito, nanindigan ang Ombudsman hindi dapat itinuloy ni Kho ang pakikipagtransaksyon sa naturang kumpanya.
Kasama ni Kho na kinasuhan sina Roger Rapsing ng Masbate Provincial Bids and Awards Committee, Hexaphil President Alex Rivera at area manager nito na si Victoria Ajero.
