Kinasuhan si Senator Leila de Lima ng high profile Bilibid inmate na si Jaybee Sebastian.
Sinampahan ni Sebastian si De Lima ng mga kasong paglabag sa Anti Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees, Anti Torture Act at Indirect Bribery.
Inihain ang kaso sa Department of Justice (DOJ) sa pamamagitan ng asawa ni Sebastian na si Roxanne Sebastian, kasama ang kanilang abogado na si Atty. Eduardo Ariba, ngayong Biyernes ng hapon.
Maliban kay De Lima, inireklamo rin ni Sebastian sina dating Bureau of Corrections Chief Ricardo Rainier Cruz at dating New Bilibid Prison (NBP) Head Richard Schwarzkopf Jr.
Si Jaybee Sebastian ay isa lamang sa mga high-profile inmates ng NBP na tumestigo sa isinagawang pagdinig ng kamara hinggil sa paglaganap ng illegal drug trade sa bilangguan.
