Reorganisasyon sa gabinete sinimulan na ni Duterte
Pirmado na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang executive order na nagrere-organisa sa mga cabinet cluster.
Sa bisa ng executive order no. 7 na nilagdaan ng pangulo noong october 14, 2016, inorganisa nito ang gabinete sa limang cluster, ang good governance and anti-corruption, human development and poverty reduction, economic development, security justice and peace at climate change and mitigation.
Sa ilalim ng E.O number 7, ang security, justice and peace cluster na dating pinamumuan ng executive secretary ay pangungunahan na ngayon ng secretary ng Department of National Defense sa layuning matiyak na maipapatupad ang mandato ng pamahalaan na pigilan ang lawless violence at ipanalo ang kampanya kontra sa krimen partikular na sa ipinagbabawal na gamot at katiwalian.
Magiging miyembro ng nasabing cluster ang executive secretary, cabinet secretary, ang kalihim ng DILG, DOJ, DFA, ang National Security Adviser, Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process at ang National Security Council bilang secretariat.
Inaamyendahan nito ang Executive Order no. 43 na ipinatupad ni dating Pangulong Benigno Aquino III noong 2011.
